The Platform is owned by VOLEERGO ACADEMY, a division of VOLEERGO SOLUTIONS LLP, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at 9 483, GRAND CENTRAL, EDACHIRA, Kakkanad OPP INFOPARK ,Ernakulam ,India,682030(hereinafter referred to as 'Platform Owner', 'we', 'us', 'our').

Your use of the Platform and its services, training programs, internship offerings, and learning tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”), including applicable policies which are incorporated herein by reference. By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with the Platform Owner, and these Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy and other applicable policies, constitute your binding obligations towards the Platform Owner. Any terms and conditions proposed by you that are in addition to or conflict with these Terms of Use are expressly rejected and shall be of no force or effect. These Terms of Use may be modified at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates.
5. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, “you”, “your”, or “user” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user, trainee, or intern on the Platform by registering or accessing the Platform.
6. ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
7. The use of Platform and/or availing of our Services is subject to the following Terms of Use:
- To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during and after registration. You shall be responsible for all activities conducted using your registered account on the Platform.
- Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the training materials, internship listings, or information provided on the Platform for any specific purpose. You acknowledge that such materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Your use of our Services and the Platform is entirely at your own discretion and risk, for which we shall not be liable in any manner. You are advised to independently assess and ensure that the programs and internships meet your requirements.
- The contents of the Platform and the Services, including but not limited to course materials, training videos, study guides, curriculum, graphics, and branding, are proprietary to us and/or licensed to us. You do not acquire any rights, title, or interest in such content.
- You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Platform and/or Services may result in action against you as per these Terms of Use and/or applicable laws.
- You agree to pay the fees or charges applicable to the specific training, internship, or service you enroll in, as displayed on the Platform.
- You agree not to use the Platform and/or Services for any unlawful, illegal, or prohibited activity under these Terms or any applicable local or Indian laws.
- You agree and acknowledge that the Platform and Services may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. When you access such links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy, and other applicable policies of such third parties. These links are provided for your convenience and additional information only.
- You understand that by registering for a program, submitting an application, or availing our Services, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner.
- VOLEERGO ACADEMY reserves the right to assess eligibility, conduct interviews or tests, and modify or withdraw any program or internship offering at its sole discretion.
- Completion of a course or internship may be subject to attendance, performance evaluation, or other academic criteria defined by VOLEERGO ACADEMY or its partners.
- You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies (as applicable), and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or action, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or other Policies, or your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights (including intellectual property rights).
- Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by a force majeure event including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, or technical failures beyond control.
- These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them, or their enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam and Kerala.
